About non refundable money in Bahrain

Good afternoon everyone. Please I need advice from you guys. I want to travel to another country so I contact one travel agent office to process the visa for me. But the time they give me almost finished and I didn't see anything tangible they are doing so I want to stop the process and I ask for my money they said is not refundable because I have already signed contract with them and I have pay advanced money, so please I need your advice on what to do about it.

Read what you wrote yourself.

You SIGNED a contract with him. And if that contract says that the money is non-refundable than accept the loss and move on. There is absolutely nothing you can do to get it back except by going to the court and filing a case. Which would be useless if you signed a contract.
