getting child in iqama

Dear all ,
My daughter she is to be 1 year on 10 june 2011, but i have not taken her on my iqama , as my iqama and passport is with my new kafeel who is doing` Nagal kafala `for me .
I want to know that  what will be the fine if I took my daughter on my iqama after 1 year ?

Hospital gave me birth certificate , but passport authority are not accepting it , they want somethiing called `Awwal magdi`

As my passport and iqama is with my kafeel , can i do awwal magdi with photocopy of iqama and passport , here again what will be the fine or doing awwal magdi after 1 year .

My wife and me are on diferent iqama , she is on her father and in my iqama it is AAMIL MALMARI ,

Insallah i will get my iqama and passport soon , before 10 june but if it happen late kindly let me know the fine for the following :

1. fine for making awwal magdi after 1 year .
2. fine for getting child on iqama after 1 year .
3.money required to take my wife on my iqama .
