family on 2 Years Visit Visa can go to Bahrain via causeway (By road) if husband have IQAMA, as per KSA rule family exit - reentry is mandatory in every 180 days to keep visa active ?

family and husband nationality is Indian

There are literally dozens of threads about this on the Saudi forums where I have commented many times. Next time, just use the search button.

For visit visa holders (doesn't matter which type), to travel via the causeway:

1) The Saudi visa should say "OPEN" in mode of travel. If it says "AIR", Saudi immigration will turn them back and ask them to travel via air. It is written in Arabic

"OPEN" or مفتوح.
"AIR" or جو.

2) They must have a Bahrain visa. Most times, Saudi immigration won't let them exit without one - even if they just want to do a u-turn and come back into Saudi
