What kind of help

What all job sites I could refer to, is there any job consultancy for the said profile.

You probably need to make applications through the portals such as Jora, Jobstreet, Monster, efinancialcareers, jobbatical, etc and LinkedIn. Most consultancies only deal with specialist skills (Robert Walters).

I've seen people are getting 'final extension' remarks in their passport and that seems to be related to the skill set and not the employer ie potentially a Malaysian can do the job.

Avoid applying for positions that have responsibility for budgets and supervision as these are jobs that Malaysians are holding.
