After getting NOC from company and joining new company faced problems

Hi All,
My friend facing a situation in the first clinic she worked didn't pay for a year.
She took NOC and joined the next one given all documents for visa and ID.
Meanwhile the MOH came for inspection. Found without ID card.
Suddenly the clinic said she has to submit Passport to ROP.
Then One day the clinic taken all the four girls ivolved to court.
Now the judgement is against them. In no fault of her.
The PRO has not done his duty. So These people are facing penalties.

Can anybody help how to com out of the penalities of the court, Or can you tell us the way

Hi dcjayakumar,

There is only one thing which the affected expatriates can do.

And that is to go to their respective embassies and explain their predicament.

If the employees have been wronged, then their embassy officials would guide them on how best to get out of the situation.

By themselves, they cannot do much against their employees, and since they have been dragged to the court, it is best that they seek official help and assistance to get some relief.
