Will my ex boyfriend new life partner permit be renewed?

My ex boyfriend used fraudulently my personal details to renew his life partner permit. With the intervention from home affairs it was cancelled but he already applied secretly for a new life partner permit. Will home affairs consider his new application?

If he's using your details again, simply report the deception and that should be that.
As you're posting this, that suggests you have more than just that reason to want him out so, if there are other factors, make sure they're in the right hands as well.
