How to count 14 days among linking years

Post new topic

Nosanosa12

I came to Malaysia on 18th July 2018 and started working. I went abroad for 8 days in 2018, and also gone abroad for 3 days in 2019 already.

I’d like to link my stays in 2018 with 182 days in 2019 to apply excess tax refund of 28%, and concerning 14 days limitation. How many days remain for me until meeting up 182 days in 2019?

Any advice/experience would be really appreciated...

2nd July 2019 is the 182nd day. 14 day rule applies to Jan-July 2019.

Thanks so much for you reply. Just want to make sure.

8 days I stayed abroad in 2018 was reset with 14 days calculation, and the count started from 1st of Jan 2019, right?
