I am looking for a possible investment in Tbilisi. I am interested in Cafe/Restaurant or tourism and travel business. How easy to establish a business in Georgia. I am wondering if anyone can give me some advise.

How is the cost of living in the city? Is there any English medium schools?

I am a Sri Lankan, currently located in Kuwait.

I wish if I can find a local partner who is interested in doing business.
