Social contribution to Indian EPF account

Hello Friends,
I understand as per agreement, Indian employee can continue to contribute the EPF account instead of social contribution to Hungary. Can you please how does the benefits work and what percentage has to be put in minimum to use this alternative method of  continuing with the home country pension.

There is such an agreement, but it only seems to apply to Indians who have been seconded to work in Hungary by their Indian employer. So if you're working in Hungary for a Hungarian firm with no relationship to India or if you are self-employed, then the agreement doesn't seem to apply.
