Is 26600 AED a good salary in Abu Dahbi

Hey guys,

I have a job offer from UAE, Abu Dahbi with a total package of 26600 all inclusive. I have 12 years of experience with a PhD. I will be moving with my wife, having no kids, Do you think its a reasonable package to survive in UAE. I mean its off-course higher than what i am getting now in Europe, Life is good here but tax eats a good chunks of your earnings.

Any suggestions please

It’s a good package as long as housing is separate
You did say total package;
With about aed 100k housing you gonna be alright

Hey Marcon,

Thanks for the reply. The housing is included in the total package. Moreover, i will be getting one time 20K AED relocation allowance, medical covered for family, 2 months holidays with return ticket. I think its all standard benefits in UAE.

I am just worried about cost of housing in some good area.
