The Brazilian company responsible for 9 percent of the world’s protein trade, second biggest protein exporter in the world and third biggest Brazilian exporter is looking for Key Account Managers to develop its business around the world. Are you interested in becoming part of one of the companies with the most global market value?

The DMRH Group, a Recruitment and Selection Consultancy specialized in selecting managers and high executives (a reference in its segment in Brazil), partnered with Brazil Foods (BRF), one of the biggest Brazilian food companies in a quest to find and develop trained professionals with great potential, to maintain, expand, make the BRF business sustainable and make the BRF culture perennial among International Markets. The candidates must be fluent in English and a MBA degree would be desirable.


Candidates profile

• Experience in the commercial, preferably in consumer goods companies (it is important that the candidate has the makings to work retail, but he/she can be experienced in retail, foodservice or in the industry channels);
• He/she must know the commercial process and the market scenario and the dynamics of the region he/she will work at;
• Fluency in English is essential.


Work Place

BRF has sales offices in the following locations, where the professionals can be hired, depending on his/her origin/interest:
• Latin America: Argentina, Chile or Uruguay;
• Asia: Singapore, China (Shanghai), Japan (Tokyo);
• Middle East: UAE (Dubai);
• Russia (Moscow);
• Europe: Germany (Dusseldorf), Hungary (Budapest), UK(Milton Keynes);


GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Program goals

The project’s objective is to identify and develop capacitated professionals and with great potential, to maintain, expand, make the business sustainable and make the BRF culture perennial in the international markets.


Structure

• The hired professionals will go through a 12-month program, in which they will participate in various trainings, both in the country that the candidate was hired for and in Brazil.
• The knowledge of the Brazilian plants, acquired during training and visits to Brazil, will be essential to provide information to the professionals about the company’s product.
• During the program, the professionals will not have individual targets, but will follow the activities conducted in the market where he/she was allocated.
• After those 12 months program they will fully assume sales goals (quarterly measured).
