My company say "A" in India, transferred me to its subsidiary company "B" in Malaysia, linking to which I was issued EP. Meanwhile I found a job in another company say "C" in Malaysia.

Now my company B is transferring me back to India to A, where I will place my papers and serve notice period and before I leave Malaysia my EP will be cancelled.

But company C is asking for NOC from company B. Although I am cancelling and returning to India.

Can anyone please tell me what should I do? What is the right procedure?

I think, you can go back to India after canceling your EP. then company 'C' can apply fresh EP for you and you can come back.

No need to serve notice period in India. OR you can serve for 1 month because fresh EP will take around 1 Month.

I am not sure about it. you check this. Maybe it's possible. I heard about it.
