Hey expats,

I found a teaching job in China, but in order to have a Z visa I need 2 years of work experience. and I don't have any but I do have a bachelor's degree. Are there any possibilities?

For non native English teachers, you should have 2 years working experience since your graduation. If less than 2 years, you only can try to find some jobs connecting with your major which is an opportunity.

There are some websites that allow you to teach English to Chinese students for a small fee. You teach over skype. Just teaching this way a little bit at a time will go a long way to meeting your work related history requirements.

I think you can use 120 hour Tesol certificate in liu of the two years of experience. But the certificate has to be apostilled and authenticated the same way as your degree.
