Qatar approval from Ministry of Labour

Hi

In November 2018, I got an offer from Qatar Government based company and in march, they requested the attested documents and medical certificates, and in the last week I came to know that the application is rejected by MOL but the company has written a letter for approval, can someone guide me about whats going on and whats the procedure and what could happen next? I am in the 9th month of recruitment process and everything is ambiguous, plus HR is also not updating on time about the status.
