Quick question - looking to get a new TV before moving from Belgium to Mauritius but not sure if Mauritius is PAL or SECAM - anyone know.  Don't want to waste money buying a TV that doesn't work when I get there.
What satellite TV do you get for English language - DSTV?

Hello,

We are moving to Mauritius in 3 days...According to our relocation company the TV system in Mauritius is SECAM.BG (As I said, this is according to them.....).
This reply may be a bit late for you but I hope it can help someone else.

Hi Kiwicelt,

My response is horribly late, accordingly I am certain you and your family are now happily residing on the island?

It does appear that the Sub Saharan region uses PAL as the broadcast resolutions.
