Got a job offer from gulf spic for my husband for 800kwd per month...is the company is good???? anyone working there can share there work experience and environment???what are all the allowences the company provide???

Start by making sure it's a real job - there are more and more scams out there.
For all who might read this, be sure:

There are no free email addresses used
No money is asked for (Visas or whatever)
The offer wasn't from a random email

If any of these three apply to your offer, consider it might well be a scam.

Nothing above 3 happened the offer came from a person who worked there nothing sought of visa money they asked still now
