My name is Simao, I'm a 24 year old Portuguese guy currently living in Spain (Basque Country, actually). Due to family issues I've been boucing around between both countries for the last 6 years, not sure if I really am an expat.

I've been lurking the forum for the last couple of days seeking opinions from other expats, since I'm looking to start over and find a new country to call home.

I hope to make new friends here, maybe some in my future country too!

Dear Simao

I can Immagine what you are passing through, but one thing which is still shows some positive signs that you are young& singel, long time back it happend to me at that time their was a person who was quite near to me, he was religious but in positive way and also use to give openions according to the Modern Age need.
He said to me that you think of your self that you are in BOAT/Ship and you are in sea, let the waves decide for you that where they will take you, so later i left my self.
Some how I am better now no doubt i touched a corner but started my life from zero with my family, but still my hope r high and i m gradually doing well.
I wish & prey for your settelment in good manners.
