Tax clearance for ep 1

Hi ,

I was there in Malaysia for 5 month and my current assignment is over and employer ask me to go back to india
I have got the tax clearance letter from tax office
But I could see there some outstanding amount which needs to be paid by my current employer.
My current employer has given the doc where it is clearly mentioned tax has been paid for all the month except june 2019
And I have got another offer in Malaysia now so they asked me to share tax clearance letter to process ep1
I have shared tax clearance letter and tax statement file and cp21 file.
Will they be able to process ep1 with given tax doc?
