Hello everybody,

I came to this beautiful country  week ago in order to be with my children.
So, as you all can imagine, I need to find  job!   :unsure

I've already posted a CV on jobs section but still any help is needed.

Could you please tell me how to find any kind of job here since I do not know the language yet?

Thank you all in advance for your kind help.

Best regards,
Maria

go to finn.no.  Use google chrome to translate to find the job.

another way is to update your cv in linkedin.  in Linkedin, you get to see job vacancies too.

Alternatively, register with job agencies like Kelly services etc.  They can try to find jobs for you.

I heard NAV also help to find jobs.  You can go to NAV offices and ask.

MariaSams

Dear fornight,

thank you very much for all these informations. I've already searched in Finn and will try Nav first thing Monday morning.

In case you hear about any other vacancy please inform.

Kind regards,
Maria :)

What kind of jobs are you looking for?

MariaSams

Any kind that doesn't require norwegian, till I learn the language.

I doubt that OP has a uni degree in computer science or even any bachelors degree having that she wants to do any job

MariaSams

You cannot assume that.  My friend was working two years as canteen helper before she got her professional qualification approved to work as a professional.

Plus she said any job.
