Best location to live for my work at Dubai Media Center

Hi all,

Please help me find a proper location to live for my new work at Al Sunbolah St in Dubai Media City. I don't want to pay all of my salary for a small flat next to my workplace. I also heard its hard to get a driving license in UAE, so i will be doing public transportation for a while until i settle down and get myself familiar with the country, and try to get one later.

So what i am looking for is.. a flat that's near a bus station or something that would help get to my work with the least effort/time. Max accommodation budget is 30,000 AED per year.

Please help.

For Media city, your closest options are Greens and TECOM - you can literally walk across to Media city through the bridge for the metro. However, I don't think these would fit into your budget for the most part. You can try looking in Barsha but look for places close to Mall of Emirates as you can take the metro from there directly to Media city.
