What’s up with this? My friend in the US (Kansas City) says that the local news there says there is a correlation to the Dominican Republic deaths?!?!

First of all, this is almost certainly not related to the deaths from alcohol in the Dominican Republic because those deaths are from a different chemical in the alcohol.

My friend's brother works for the police department, and he says that the people who are dying are mostly people who live in the street.

So the theory is that someone is making the alcohol and putting it in these bottles and selling it to them cheap, but it's not made well.

The theory is that the alcohol is not from the manufacturers whose label is on the bottle, but someone is filling the bottles with homemade alcohol that is bad.
