Travelling to Bahrain via Causeway holding Saudi Business Visit(Open)

Hello Forum Members,
Can you please share your experience with process of applying multiple visit visa for Bahrain that can be used for travel thru Bahrain Causeway. I currently hold Multiple Saudi Business Commercial Visa(open) for One year and living in Khobar.

Is there a possibility to get online evisa for multiple travel thru causeway or alternate? Confused as I read in few threads that it's not possible to travel by road for Indian nationals holding Saudi Business visit visa.
Any help or leads are thankfully appreciated.

I have answered the same question dozens of time on the Saudi forum. Use the search button.

Online evisa can be used for travelling via causeway if it's multiple entry. However, to get it, you must submit an air ticket booking. It is possible to travel via road if Saudi visa is OPEN and you have Bahrain visa in advance - the comment for Indian nationals is for those people who don't have a Bahrain visa.
