First application in Mumaris Rejected due to incomplete document

Hello there!

Is there anyone here got a similar situation, of my colleague she applied mumaris plus and submit all necessary documents but the response was rejected due to incomplete documents. now she wanted to follow up on this application but she doesn't know where to go or what to do? She is a first timer applicant.

create a ticket by communicating with Tawasul. Herein you can upload your documents needed. save your ticket number in case you wanted to clarify more about your application

@Waqas Ahmad62 contact tawasul..create a ticket and they will reply you .. any issues or concerns , they are there to assist .. I have contacted them many times by ticket ..also you can call them on toll free number 9***

@Lordelyntreveles my mumaris is rejected, I need to reapply within 1 month or else my application will be close. I am waiting a document to pass with the.. if ever my application is close, all my document that I passed with them will be remove? and I need to apply again from the start?

@Eugene Pablo once the 30days is done and u did not submit the required document, the application will be cancelled.. no refund.. need to apply, upload documents and pay again 200sar

@Jennie Anne Agabin Dear u are sure Dr Mustafa Is working in Saudi Council please let me know, i hve same issue my application was rejected 3 times, always showing your selection is not correct 'proceeds with study classification'
