Hai,

I want go for emergency vacation in this month i will go 15 August 2019 and come back 28 August 2019 but my iqama will expire 02 September 2019 , my question is i can make re entry visa..

You have show iqama valid of 3 months... Then only you can.....
Better consult your office mandoop (administration) he will guide you...

Yes you can on a select date (one week before the iqama expiry) re-entry visa but if something came up and you were not able to travel before the re-entry date, you will not be able to request for visa extension and you will not be able to return to Saudi Arabia again unless your current sponsor is willing to bring you back on a new visa.
