Spent 2 full days and 3 full nights waiting for entrance and passing through the Canal (before it was expanded).  I don't think that counts as a good knowledge although I know the answers to 4 of the 6 questions:

1. What is the capital city or administrative capital of Panama?   Panama City
2. What currency is used in Panama?  Don't believe anyone who says the Balboa.  Dollar is the legal tender.
3. List the national symbols of Panama.  Don't know.
4. What are the official languages or the ones used the most on a day-to-day basis?   Spanish, followed by American English.
5. Share with us the national motto.   Don't know.
6. Define Panama in one word.:  [The] Canal.
