I've been living at VCP for the past several months. Is it just me or the water pressure is a little funky? Sometimes it'll get weak and then back to normal. Same thing happens with the water temperature, if I have it on at warm, occasionally it will get either hot or cold and then back to warm. Happens in the shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink.

I've asked the staff at my building and they say it is normal. I haven't lived at another apartment complex here in hcm so not sure what's the deal.
