Entry with Eurostar to Belgium

Hi,

Recently my wife got admitted into a university in Belgium and got her student visa. Our plan was to go to Brussels from London through Eurostar. Is that fine? Or it has to be through a Belgian airport?

She is in england at the moment, we will take the Eurostar on the day her student visa begins, my question is because I know it’s french authority on the on the passport side.

She'll stop at Bruxelles-midi station, so she will be checked by the immigration.
No problem at all.

Incorrect, the Eurostar London to Brussels is checked in London by French police as op correctly states, no passport checks on arrival in Brussels for Eurostar passengers.
