Mumaris plus portal problem in my renewal

Good day everyone! I'm in the process of renewing my Saudi council in mumaris plus Upon submitting my requirements, it was returned to me because they need an upload of my Iqama number id. When i already uploaded my iqama number and its automatically give the expiration date, but Unfortunately it didn't accept because they said" this id already exist", what im suppose to do i have only one iqama id and im really sure that i have entered my correct iqamah number. If someone experienced the same on my case please help me. Thank you for reply.

I have the same problem with you.. I can't proceed my professional registration because they said also"Id already exist". Did you already solve your problem? If yes, what did you do?
