Post new topic

ZINEB ELMO

Hello everyone,

I have a question concerning expat salaries in Mainland China with the following specifications:

- Having more than one year experience
- The job is in a large trade company
- A holder of two masters

Thanks in advance.

There is no specific salary at al’, it’s how you negotiate with your employer, actually in the trading even less, it’s only from within of the company the position and the influence on the clients, that determine your bargaining power?

Good luck Zineb.

for sure, but i would like to use a reference range,
Thanks, for you as well.

I understand, but you see the market is not as it use to be, in any case just to give you a hint 15,000 yuan is the average salary for an expat in a trading company. But you have to take with a grain of salt, this only a reference, furthermore the real negotiations start once you inside, and prove your worth.

Good luck!
