Good evening, i just want to help my friend .. She came here in bahrain by sponsored visa for only 14 days and she extend it again after 14 days.. but now when she wants to extend it again the immigration told her that they only waiting for her ticket.. now her sponsor visa cannot extend again she dont know what to do now , and she got job already but her visa already expired.. Can u give some advice?? her sponsor visa can extend only one time... thanks in advance

Her new employer needs to advise whether they can process the transfer to work visa after checking with immigration.

In most such cases, the answer is no. She should leave immediately before expiry of the extension. And then new employer has to apply for a visa for her. Staying after expiry means that she is illegal and the longer she stays, the less the chance that immigration will approve the work visa for her.
