Hi all,
Someone explain me the best way to transfer money to India from Bahrain. Thank you!

I wouldn't know about India but I would imagine that the exchanges such as uae exchange or Lulu or others would probably give the most preferential rates. That's the way it is for transfers to most of the sub continent.

Yep as XTang mentioned, you can transfer money from any exchange in Bahrain directly to any bank account in India.
