My visa application is returned by mdec

Hi all,

Im Katty from Vietnam.
Last month i got an job offer in KL. I submitted all the documents to HR on Sep 19th. HR told me that my visa application was returned last week. I try to ask the reason but no answers. HR is trying to apply my visa again.
I am so worry now. Do u guys know any case like this?
I worked in KL in 2017 around 1 year and i already made the tax clearance before i backed to my country. In 2017 i got 2 visa approval for 2 companies in Malaysia then i chose 1 company to work. Is that reason that mdec return my visa application this time?

Is your previous employer cancelled and deleted your application from their portal ? If not,May be it could be one of the reasons.

My contract with the previous employer was expired in 2018. But in 2017, i got approval from mdec for 2 companies and chose 1 company to work.
How can i check the reason with mdec?

Your employer is the only source to get the right reason on this.i don't think Mdec will provide you with any reason.plz speak to your employer or HR,nothing to worry on this,if there is any docs pending or clarification from employer they return it to clarify again, nothing more than that,you Will get the approval soon.
