Post new topic

I am just about to accept a job in Jeddah and therefore start the visa process. I have a 5 year old step-son (as well as 3 children with my wife). Does anyone have any advice on how best to navigate the process?? Has anyone any learnings they can share with me??

Christine

1st when you come to jeddah and you take yr Iqamma than you can started make Istqdaam for yr wife and yr children, you prepar the Marriage certificate & children Birth Certificate and paying up 2000 sr in rajhe bank before that you must apply the applications for Istqdaam
but you can found some triple if yr not engineering or doctor

you can get your stepson a visa and you can have him on your family iquama as you are married to his mother.

you may need his biological fathers permission to take him out of of Aus.

A friend of mine is Australian... what he did to speed up the process and make sure everything goes well, he changed his step-son to be as his kid.

He had his step-son Iqamma in no time

I went to Istiqdam with all documents
1. Saudi embassy Attested marriage certificate
2. Saudi embassy Attested birth certificate
3. Saudi embassy Attested consent letter from child’s father

Even then Istiqdam rejected to provide permanent visa for my step son saying this service for visa for step child is no longer available.
I am feeling lost and don’t know how to proceed.
