If you don't come back then there is an automatic ban on you for 3 years.  You will not be able to come to Saudi during that ban period.

Your end of service is not related to this - you have to agree this with your employer.  In most cases, employers hold end of service when the person runs off like this.  I would advise you to go back, resign properly and then take final exit.   Else you will have a lot of problems in the future.

hello,
i think you are bit late in informing and declaring about you coming back. if your exit entry is expired and you cant come back then send an email to your HR/direct team leader and inform them that you are resigning from the job. Then ask them to prepare end of benefits and transfer it to bank account in your country. Noone has the right to hold your end of benefits. If you can come back then follow the advise up there.

Yes no one has the right to hold end of service benefits.  However, unethical employers routinely do this when the person runs off like the OP and especially after marking the person as "Huroob".  This creates a lot of problems especially when the employee is not in the country to challenge the withholding of EOSB in the labor court.
