Which city would you be based in? Rents differ enormously from city to city and whether you can live outside a city where rents are lower. Also, have you researched what you can actually find for 25,000 per month?

What housing are they putting you up in?  Is the rent subsidised? Where is this job?  You can definitely survive on and save from what they are paying you, but that's based on your lifestyle and responsibilities.  The rent seems low.  As was mentioned do some research.
