Good morning All

Been here for 4 months and loving it.  However, finding a job is really difficult and I was wondering how we go about advertising our own repairs and maintenance company and if there is a need for this?

Both hubby and I have been in the repairs and maintenance industry for over 10 years from painting to constructing.

Kindest regards
Teresa Pinto

Welcome to the forum.

Do you have a good circle of friends? If so let them know abut your service and to let others know.

It may be worth placing an advert in local papers and ask around the shops where expats do their shopping if you can put a card in their window offering your services.

Wander around and see if you can find places undergoing renovations and offer your services.

Are there expat clubs or communities in the area, if so check with them.

Here on the forum you can place an ad in the classified section top of this page.

Have you checked up on visas, permits if you are working? Check our Portugal Guide under 'Discover' at the top of this page.
