Hi  im Moving eventually to Portugal but can only afford a certain amount so I thought I could get more by living in more central areas arganil was a place I saw a huge property but seems like the place is in the middle of nowhere and might not have enough to do socially ? I've also seen a place in caldo de rainha which is out of town but at least the place looked like it had a bit more for me. Any info would be welcomed.

Hi,

A word of advice, if you are considering living anywhere go spend time there (and other places) before committing to any long term stuff. get cheap flights cheap AirBnB (or similar) and go there in different seasons.  A buzzing summer Silver Coast beach can turn into an empty town with closed shops and restaurants in the low season.  A lot of things go on in small towns away from tourists but few are listed on the internet as Portugal is more of a person centric place where people stop and talk rather then send a faceache message or build a website for a village fest.
