Spelling of names in PR

Hola everyone,

So excuse my ignorance but can someone please explain to me this. My name is Alexandra, and when doing official government things like obtaining ID, Marabete, and car titling despite allll forms of ID the people are determined to spell my name Alexsadra. Is this a PR thing? For my ID today I went back after obtaining the ID showed the lady alll documents again and her manager even said write as it is on her passport. She wouldn’t change it and it’s even as though she thought this was Alexandra. Someone please give insight!

Nope, they should look at your ID and spell it correctly.
