Is it a problem to use lenses for Bahrain employment medical. Can it cause someone to be unfit? Be one of my sister is using lenses an want to came to Bahrain for direct employment.

No issue. Unless you are in a specific profession that requires perfect eyesight e.g. pilots etc.
