What's next if i got already the visa mumber from mofa do i have to go to an agency is there any possibility that itwill not be approved?

Regarding your visa, you can send the number to your husband, actually once it's issued it will be in mofa system, your husband need to visit any of those offices who are dealing with the saudi embassy to get the visa on his passport.
