Preschool in JinJiang or QuanZhou or Xiamen?

Hi, I'm currently living in ShuiTou, Fujian. Will bring my daughters (4yo and 1.5yo) here soon. I'm looking for a good preschool for my 4yo girl. Preferably in JinJiang. I've found an international school in Xiamen, but it's quite expensive and Xiamen is quite far from ShuiTou, approx. 1hour drive. It's a bit too much for a 4yo. Please help me if you have some info. Thanks heaps!
