Expired work permit and visit visa

Resh83

Dear members
My husband had gone to India on 22nd May 2019 and his work Visa expired on 24th of June while he was in India.
Me and our daughter were still in Bahrain. I changed my visa from dependent to work in August (meanwhile I had done an extension of our stay period) and sponsored my daughter as well.
We applied for my husband's visit visa through my company twice(in October and in November) and it was rejected twice. The PRO told that the immigration didn't say the reason.
I wanted to know what could be the reason behind the rejection and also would like to know if there's any other way through which he can join back with us in Bahrain.
I request everyone to kindly help me out in finding some solution. Thanks a lot in advance.

Dear,

While understanding your distress, it is necessary to clarify certain points.
- Our site has no official power to the authorities of any country.
- We are unable to tell you why your husband's visa was refused.
- We are unable to take the steps for you.
- We could only give you advice if you were able to tell us the reason for the refusal
- Our forum is separated into countries. So you should put your request on the part of the country that concerns you. https://www.expat.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=410
- Our statistics reveal that nine times out of ten, the questions asked by newcomers have already been answered dozens of times. So once you are on the right forum, use the search tool represented by a magnifying glass next to your avatar.

Good luck with your procedures.

I have written many stickies on the Bahrain forum regarding visa and general processes.  Have a look at this one to begin with:

https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=750635

Now, as to your case, you haven't given many details.  Why did your husband go to India and not return before expiry of work visa?  did he resign from his employer on good terms?

In all cases, the only ways he can come to Bahrain is via:

1) Visit visa
2) Work visa
3) Investor visa - By setting up his own company.  Sticky on forum
4) Self sponsorship visa - purchase of property.  Sticky on forum

However, if the visa is being refused to him due to being marked as absconding or being put on a blacklist - he is never coming back.    I need a lot more details then what you have listed to be able to advise you.

Thanks a lot dear XTang for replying.
My husband had gone to India on a medical issue and he had told the employer that he didn't want to continue with that person. Actually my husband had planned to return before the visa expired, but unfortunately he couldn't at that time.
I had actually contacted the LMRA and they said that it wouldn't be a problem for him to come back on another work visa or even on a visit visa, even if the RP was not cancelled in his passport. This is the reason why we didn't rush things.
Then when he was ready to be back here, we tried a visit visa through my employer and it was rejected(twice) and the PRO says that the immigration didn't reveal the reason.
When the visa was rejected the first time, we had enquired about any offenses or bans by the previous employer, but as far as we know there's nothing of that sort. There are no travel bans as well.
I just want to know if we will be able to know the reason behind the rejection and can it be rectified.

If you need any more details, I'll be happy to share that. Thank you once again for helping all of us out. Stay blessed.🙏

Well, immigration will NEVER tell you the reason.  You can get an idea if your PRO is VERY well connected.   To get a visa, unfortunately, you have to find a PRO who is very well connected and get this done.   As two rejections have already happened so it doesn't seem like they want to give him any visa.

Thanks a lot dear.
