Hi  all.
Looking  to  retire  in  12 months,
Would  like  to   live  in  Bulgaria  at  this  time,  at  that  stage  would  rent  to  see  how  it  goes.  Would  need  a  town  or  village  thats  got  facility's  all  year   round.   would  like  to  live  from  the  coast  up to  40km   inland   , not  interested in  the  cities.
To  sum  up   quiet  and  cheap,  not  noisy and  pricey .
Any  advise ?
Cheers   Phil and Veronica

Yes,  Good Idea,

Prices are on the rocks.    Avoid the small villages as the proper value will only go down.

Take advantage of the low prices along the coast---Varna, St Vlas, Ravda and Burgas.

You will have full services on a year around basis and prices not seen in 20 years.   Cash is king so don't be afraid to start in the basement and come up to the first floor----meaning bargain and do so in the next 12 months.
