Morning all, I'm new to the city and looking for accommodation recommendations for expats. Don't mind apartment living, but villa would be nice. Which areas are recommended with a sound expat community? Love outdoors and sport, so something that would tick these boxes... 2 bedroomed options ideal.

Hi Mr. Conrad,

If you have good budget then i will suggest you Saadiyat Beach residence or Saadiyat Island as they have very beautiful villas and apartments with swimming pool, Bar-b-Que, Gym & lots more stuff.

Visit propertyfinder.ae and choose Saadiyat from the list to see deals.
