Hi Friends

My girlfriend is working in Norway for the last one year on work permit. What is the best possible way for her to call me there to get settled with her? There are few uncommon aspects of us that I think I should disclose before anyone can advise.

We never got married and are/were in a livin relation our entire life. I am 40 she is 35. from India

We don't intend to get married but continue as living relation, in Oslo (which is where she is working)

Given these circumstances, what's the best possible way for me to get settled with her there,

Please advise
regards
ESGP

you may qualify as cohabiting partners. I assumed she was on a skilled worker visa when I selected the options on the NAV website, where you can read more information.

OK thanks I read the conditions and the line "You must have lived together for at least two years and neither of you can be married to someone else" is confusing.

When it says you must live together for 2 years,..... since we never got married how are we going to prove that we were living together in India for more than 2 years?

Thanks for the assistance here

the checklist for documentation to supply with your application says, "documentation showing that you have lived together the last two years, for instance tenancy agreement, sales contract or a registration of residence"

I once again had to make a few guesses but here's my best idea for what the checklist for your case might be:
