2-bed Villa near Springs area

Hi all

Am currently living in Springs and my lease expires end of September.

Due to falling rental costs I feel I'm paying over the odds at present which is why I intend to move out and find something more palatable for my bank balance. My landlord is not prepared to budge on the current rent so looks as though I will have to budge instead.

Am seeking 2-bed villa for around 70-75k - be it in Springs/Meadows, JVT, Arabian Ranches etc.

Anyone that knows of a villa due to be vacated around this time could you please let me know.
