Happy New Year ! My husband and I will be relocating to Puerto Rico in July of 2020 from Minneapolis, Minnesota. We will be renting for a year and our preferred location is "Cresent Beach", Palmas Del Mar. We have stayed there several times in the past and just know it is the right place for us. Would be interested to hear about any rentals you are aware of. Have a great good Day.

Very nice place, Palmas has realty agency.. for short term check Airbnb.

We are also relocating to Palmas Del Mar from FL, hopefully in June - Corona Virus lock-down permitting.

We have a real estate agent helping us out who has been great. Dally Castillas @ CPM Realty. If you haven't already found someone, perhaps you can reach out to her via their website.

Hello.

Were you able to find a rental? We are here, in Palmanova Village, in a temporary rental until our household items arrive. We’ve been here about 2 weeks and are expecting delivery this week.
