Visit Visa for family while I am currently on One year Work Visa

Hi, I am moving to Riyadh for few months on multiple entry one year work visa and planning to bring my family on visit visa during my stay. How can I apply for family Visit Visa? Is it through some travel agent of something like myself through official portal? Both me and my family are UAE Resident and having Pakistani nationality if it matter at all in getting visa

1) Employer gets them a visa - easiest option
2) Tourist visa through VFS Tahseel in the UAE
3) Escort visa (if available for your nationality and provided by Saudi consulate in country of application) through VFS Tahseel in the UAE
