Visa, extended stay in ghana?

Does anyone have infornation on what I need to do to to be allowed to stay in ghana for a year or two. The tourist visa only last 3 months. How can I extend it?

You need to get a working or resident visa. It's not easy. Both require sponsorship from either an employer or a partner. If you're not working, it's pretty difficult to get a visa for that period of time. What a lot of volunteers do is exit the country and get another 2 month visa on re-entry and so on, over and over.
