SCE application rejected

As my SCE application is rejected and visa is about to expire , i call the SCE costumer care they said me to go on final exit as I don’t have 5 years of experience..
But i want to know that can i come back on labour visa as my profession in offer letter is WPR

Unfortunately, you will be deported and blacklisted.

Not sure if you can come back with the same passport but bearing labor visa.

I have diploma which i completed in 2014 and bachelor degree which i completed in 2017 but i have came here on technician visa.. unfortunately i have uploaded bachelor degree certificate thats why it was rejected..
Please suggest me is it possible to come back on same visa or different visa?
